The Challenge
The 2025 Labor Market Report builds on previous research to address a critical gap between education and the rapidly evolving immunotherapy industry. The report introduces a bridge program designed to better connect faculty, students, and industry. It supports the development of a workforce that is trained, prepared and to work in the field immediately after graduating college.
The challenge was to translate forward-looking research into a format that is clear, credible, and accessible to multiple audiences, with a focus on faculty.
Building on the 2023 report, the design needed to:
▲ Maintain continuity with an established visual system
▲ Support a large volume of data and structured content
▲ Communicate both analysis and a proposed solution (the bridge course)
▲ Balance technical precision with readability and engagement

My Solution
A key focus of the 2025 report was how data is experienced and understood. As a new course framework was being introduced, special attention was given to key elements such as a central chart describing the proposed curriculum (& how it fits within the existing curriculum), as well as the integration of digital badges into the layout. This chart, along with the other supporting visualizations and text, balances the complexity of the proposed course with a sense of openness and ease. It pairs structured layouts with airy photography to make the content more accessible to faculty.

The Outcome
The result is a report that not only communicates complex research clearly, but creates alignment between education and industry—supporting a workforce that is better prepared, informed, and ready to step into the field.
